Lorrie Hartley

Lorrie D. Hartley, CFRE is the Executive Director of Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation and is dedicated to raising philanthropic dollars for Phelps County Regional Medical Center. Lorrie has over 10 years of experience in senior-level advancement at social service and health institutions.  From 2002 to 2007 she was Executive Director of the Good Samaritan Resource Center in Waynesville, MO, and for seven years prior to that she was Information Technology Manager at Emerson Climate Technologies, in Lebanon, MO.

Lorrie is a native Missourian and a graduate from LaSalle University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  Her first position in the non-profit, fundraising sector began in 2002 with her appointment as the Executive Director of Good Samaritan Resource Center and Genesis: A Place of New Beginnings.  In 2007 she accepted the position of Director of the Foundation, and in 2009 she was named Executive Director of the Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation.  At both institutions, she headed capital campaigns. In 2012, Lorrie achieved her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification.

Lorrie is an active member of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  In both of these organizations she has held lengthy memberships, receiving scholarships from both organizations.  She has taught community classes on fundraising, specializing in board governance and relationships. She is married to Robert Hartley, a middle school history teacher.  Together they have three daughters, Brittany, Maria and Faith.
