Walt Branson

WaltBransonFPWalt Branson joined the staff of Missouri University of Science and Technology on August 1, 2013, as the vice chancellor for finance and administration. Walt oversees the university’s budgeting, planning, business operations and environmental management functions, as well as the campus’s grounds, maintenance, physical plant operations and university police. Prior to his coming to Missouri S&T, Walt served as Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne’s (IPFW’s) vice chancellor for financial affairs.  In Fort Wayne, he was involved in a variety of community activities, including the regional Easter Seals/ARC organization, the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce Legislative Council, the Northwest Indiana Innovation Center, Fort Wayne Sports Corp. and United Way’s Real Men Read.
